Side note: I think it's entirely possible for teen girls to be "horny" because I certainly was - around age 13-14 I was incredibly horny - not that this would be an excuse for adults to see me in a sexual light - but depicting how the raging hormones of a teenager can manifest is fine I think. For example the show PEN15 has 2 adult actresses playing as teen girls around the age of 13, and one of them masturbates furiously in bed, and I laughed because that was incredibly relatable to me at that age. But it wasn't depicted in a way that was "sexy" for the viewer. I think one can show how a minor can have a raging libido and how they deal with that, without showing the minor themselves as an object of sexual desire from the VIEWER. If that makes sense. Yes teen girls can be horny. No you as an adult should not be looking at them as sexual objects. The two statements can and should coexist.
