I believe what matters more than whether someone is perfect for you right away, is how prepared someone is to GROW with you. Arranged marriages and marriages in small communities can work if both parties are committed to growing together. So they grow in love over time as, like two plants, they weave together.

Whereas people who believe the perfect soulmate comes ready made, 100% perfect for them right away, are less likely to find lasting love.
