I am not a Dominatrix (used to be, briefly) but I like expressing some of this energy in my relationship, depending on the context. Sometimes my partner wants to be his more childish aspect, and when that happens, I express more of a nurturing, motherly love towards him. I suppose you could see it as kinky but it's usually non sexual. Likewise sometimes I like to be "little". Not so much age regressing but more just taking on the role of not having responsibility and being the one who is taken care of.
