Honestly doesn't sound like Corey is the bad guy here. I don't think you are either. I think you both made assumptions and didn't fully clarify what you meant.

For example when Corey asked if he should keep the date platonic and you didn't say no, but used a vague term like "don't do anything you'd feel icky about" which could be interpreted in wildly different ways, then getting upset that he didn't interpret it the way you did.
