Good faith question:

How would you define Black in this example?

People who have enslaved people in their ancestry? What percentage of Black ancestry would qualify them?

People who "look" Black enough? Would West Indians for example, be considered Black for this purpose?

What about African immigrants who have no enslaved people in their history?

What about mixed race people who pass as white?
