Funny you’re talking about saving time which is more valuable than money then list all the extremely time consuming ways to do something that money + economies of scale can help save time with. I can buy a dress for approximately 2 hours of my job’s time. Making one will cost me at least 20 hours of my time. Not counting the cost of materials. Brewing beer will cost me 10+ hours for something that costs me 10 minutes of my time. Why would you undermine your own point like this?
