Do you think that LGBTQ people don't exist in Arab countries?

Do you think that in the 1950s when being gay in the West was a crime, that gay people didn't exist then?

LGBTQ people exist everywhere. The question is - are they allowed to be open about it, or do they risk death and the loss of their families, friends and livelihoods? To say that "Arabs" all 100% are against LGBTQ is to imply that LGBTQ people don't exist in the Arab world. But they do. Just like they exist all over the world.
