Definitely there are. I have orgasms that are completely untouched through mental arousal, that happen in the womb, it feels like my uterus is clenching by itself, sending waves of pleasure through my pelvis. It can happen hundreds of times in a row, if I'm in the right mindset (often if I'm reading fanfiction). It's felt in the lower belly, not in the clitoris. Clitoral orgasms are wonderful but they're caused by physical stimulation and don't require arousal to happen, although that certainly helps.
