BTW it's cool you get wombasgms too!
If you look into the scientific description of what happens during orgasm, one of the signs is actually the pelvis muscles contracting, including the uterus.
I think wombgasms are when the uterus and stomach muscles can contract on their own in a pleasurable way.
I also think that there are certain kinds of pleasure you can get from peeing that is a type of orgasm. Sometimes after I pee there is an incredibly intense pleasurable sensation and if I gently stroke the skin around my tailbone, I will pee a little bit more in a very pleasurable way. I have never "squirted" during sex but I can't help wondering if that pleasure described by squirting is caused by the same mechanism given that apparently female ejaculate is pee. Also the vagus nerve which is crucial to orgasm is located around the part of the spine that I stroke during those moments. Certain stimulation of the vagus nerve in people with spinal cord injuries can cause instant orgasm. Animals such as cats also get orgasmic pleasure from stimulation of the spine near the tail...
Another kind of "orgasmic" feeling is when you're in a moving vehicle like the driver's seat of a car, or a train, and you close your eyes, and you feel yourself speeding up and your stomach clenches with an overwhelmingly intense pleasure.
I feel this sometimes as well when I'm tipsy or high on weed and I close my eyes. It feels like I'm falling away inside myself and speeding up, faster and faster - my womb clenches in a peak of pleasure but it's almost too intense, and I have to open my eyes at some point, to stop it.
I have also had 2 other strange experiences that are similar in some ways to orgasm.
If I very gently stroke the inside of my elbow, up and down my arm, or between the crease of my thumb, forefinger and middle finger, pleasure will start to build until I feel the urge to start scratching vigorously. When I start scratching the pleasure lances up my arm and even can be felt in my mouth and ear.
(The human body is so strange).
I've also had an emotional kind of orgasm caused by synaesthesia. I was high on weed, and listening to an inspiring postrock song. Synaesthesia makes sounds give me pleasurable physical sensations. I felt the pleasure coiling down my spine and at the same time felt a realisation of self love and inspiration triggered by the music. I started laughing and crying in pure joy and pleasure.
I think I might write a whole article about unusual "orgasmic" types of pleasure. Whether or not they all "count" as orgasms doesn't really matter, they're pleasurable and the more pleasure the better.
