Atheists aren’t Trumpers though? Trump was elected not because of “secular liberal humanism” but in a large part due to rabid support from evangelical Christianity. It’s why his VP is Mike Pence. Trump may or may not believe in God, but he panders to the Christian Right more than any president (except maybe Bush).

I don’t know of a single secular humanist who voted for Trump. There may be a few “libertarian reddit bros” that voted in a trolling kind of way, but they’re not secular humanists they’re the “fedora atheists”.

The only atheist presidential candidate I’ve ever heard of, is Bernie Sanders. And funnily enough, he is against neoliberalism.

As for the IDW, it’s made up of some secular humanists (like Sam Harris) but also some religious people (like Jordan Peterson). And honestly, I think while I don’t agree with everything he says, Sam Harris actually does have “godless honour”. Have you listened to his Waking Up Podcast? He does a lot more than mock religion, let’s just say.
