Agreed. It makes me sad when my fiance’s anxiety affects almost all his interactions with people. I find it hard to understand sometimes. You see him and he’s a strong, tall, muscular man, and people would never know that he has anxiety.

I know it’s not his fault though. So I comfort him, and when we are together he feels better going out in public, and we create a little sanctuary all our own at home where he can feel completely safe.

I wish he could get better though. Not for my sake but just for his sake, because I feel sad at what he misses out on sometimes.
