You don’t know me, you don’t know what books I read, you don’t know where I live (hint:not the USA), you don’t know my life, so don’t think to lecture me on “inner darkness” it comes off as ignorant and I don’t respect you or want to listen to you at all. And you can write that off as “me refusing to engage with white privilege” but because I know that’s your default reaction to everything I don’t care what you think.
