According to the original creator of the term Incel (a woman called Alana back in the 90s), yes you would. Also there are a lot of so-called "femcels" on incel forums to this day.

I get that you hate the term, and I wouldn't use it for myself either. But I feel like maybe you're missing some of the history of the term and some of the people identifying with it. It didn't start out as a misogynistic idea, and a lot of people who self identify as incels are like the original people who joined "Alana's involuntary celibacy forum" - lonely hearts of all genders. I don't think labelling them as all evil misogynists is particularly helpful. Neither is missing out the history of the term "incel" which was not a misogynistic attempt to force women to have sex with men when it was initially created. The way you write, you would think nobody had ever used the term except men who hate women and feel entitled to sex.
